October 2026 – UIA Annual Congress, Marrakesh (Morocco)
Benedetta Parise will serve as Coordinator of the AI Task Force Working Group at the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats) Annual Congress in Marrakesh, Morocco. She will coordinate the working group entitled:
"Is the EU AI Act (with the Digital Omnibus) or the U.S. State AI Laws Really Hindering the Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence?"
At the same Congress, she will also participate in the Art Law Commission, contributing to discussions on legal frameworks governing international art sales.
July 2026 – UIA Seminar, Bologna (Italy)
She served as a panelist at the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats) Seminar, "Beyond Borders: Customs Law and International Trade across IP, Agrifood and Transport," presenting on the legal protection of Made in Italy and the challenges posed by Italian Sounding in international trade, with particular attention to customs enforcement, intellectual property, authenticity, and cross-border commercial strategies.
October 2025 – UIA Annual Congress, Guadalajara (Mexico)
She served as Coordinator of the Working Group on:
"The Impact of the AI Act and Other Regulations on the Use of AI by Lawyers"
The session examined the legal and practical implications of emerging AI regulation for the legal profession, with a particular focus on compliance, professional responsibility, governance, and the evolving role of artificial intelligence in legal practice.
Speaker, author, and recognized expert for institutions such as ITA- ICE (Italian Trade Agency) operating under the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with professional assignments in Rome and Chicago and IMIT Italian Managers for International Trade
She has been a panelist at major international events including IMEX impulso exterior - Spain , the University of Seville - Spain , and the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats) - Paris.
